Frequently Asked Questions

Sessions are generally 45 minutes in length and run during school terms. Additional sessions can be arranged for school holiday periods if required. 

Informed Education is a mobile service that comes to your home. Sessions conducted at school are also possible, please email us to discuss.

MSL instruction is suitable for all ages including adults. We strongly believe in early intervention and encourage you to seek support as soon as your child's school mentions any difficulties. Informed Education mainly sees primary school aged children.

The initial assessment is $120 and is conducted outside of weekly sessions. Weekly sessions thereafter are $90 and are to be paid at the beginning of each term. Should you be needing an alternate payment schedule we are more than happy to accomodate. 

The initial assessment cost includes all sessions required to complete the assessment. For some students this is best achieved in multiple shorter sessions, others prefer to sit one longer session. The assessment fee also includes a written summary of assessment results and a parent meeting to discuss results and next steps. 

Olivia has over 10 years classroom teaching and educational leadership experience. She holds a Bachelor of Teaching (Primary)/Arts and a Masters of Inclusive Education. She is a Practising MSL Educational Specialist (IMSLE) Accredited and an Associate Member of the Australian Dyslexia Association, AMADA Registration: 420605.
